With extensive experience in instructional leadership, educator development, and school improvement, Maggie brings a thoughtful, research-informed approach to supporting educators and school leaders. She is passionate about practical professional learning focused on instructional leadership, educator wellness, positive school culture, and sustainable leadership. As a presenter and educational consultant, Maggie helps strengthen motivation, professional growth, and thriving learning communities. She is also a doctoral candidate, where her research explores teacher motivation, job satisfaction, and retention. At the heart of Maggie’s work is a simple belief: when we invest in educators and strengthen leadership, we create the conditions for everyone to thrive.

With 18 years in public education as a teacher and administrator, Lisa brings a unique perspective on supporting students, educators, and school leaders. Her leadership focuses on trauma-informed practices, student-centered decision-making, positive school culture, and strong school-family partnerships. As an educational consultant and doctoral candidate, Lisa is passionate about helping schools create supportive, empowering environments where both students and educators can thrive. At the heart of Lisa’s work is a simple belief: when we take care of the people in our schools, we create the conditions for everyone to succeed.
